ORDERING,PURCHASING AND BACKORDER INFORMATION:

You can order directly through our website by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. All discounts will be automatically calculated. If you encounter any problems while ordering, please email us at sunshynecraftsbeadsweb@hotmail.com. We will be happy to assist you.
You can also use the comments section on the order page if you have specific instructions for your order.
We ship out all backorders on free shipping as soon as the new stock comes in. Backorders are only kept for 4 weeks after the original order is shipped. If the stock does not arrive within that period, the backorder is automatically cancelled.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process order and we usually try our best to ship out by the next business day. Please note that Shipping time does not include processing time and we mail out the orders from Monday to Friday only.
There is a handling fee to cover the cost of the following items ; bubble envelope, bags, labels, tape and misc. items. This fee is included in the postage prices listed below.
We general ship all orders Canada Post Light Package. If you would like to have your order shipped using another service option please contact us by email prior to purchase.

US XPRESSPOST - $19.95 On-time delivery guarantee , Delivery confirmation , Coverage for loss or damage up to $100 CAD included , Delivery to every address and post office box in the U.S.A.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping - $ 19.95
International orders are shipped through Canada Post - International Small Package Air service. Insurance Coverage up to $100CDN is included for INT'L Light Packets.
Insurance is optional on all orders - We are not responsible for merchandise shipped without insurance - Insurance is not available to all foreign countries
INSURANCE IS IN CANADIAN FUNDS SO IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE PLEASE CONTACT US FOR COST. EXTRA INSURANCE IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PURCHASER. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IF COVERAGE IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE DOLLAR VALUE OF THE PURCHASE OR IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Sunshyne Crafts Beads is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on any orders. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
In some rare ocassion, order do not arrived within the time specified. This could be due to customs inspection or simply delivery delays. Customs inspection is random and is usually temporary, please allow at least one week as a grace period. Sometimes due to delivery problem, your package may be kept at the post office due to delivery problems (such as incomplete address etc).Please try to enquire your local post office or customs about you mail.
If your order is sent via registered air mail or Xpresspost delivery, when no one is able to sign and receive the package during delivery, a notification will be left at your mailbox. Then you have to pick up the package by yourself at your post office. Please ensure that to pickup your mail since usually post office keep mail for 2 weeks.
RETURN POLICY:
Sunshyne Crafts Beads has a 14 days return policy from the date of purchase. Once we receive the package you will receive a full refund within 24 hours of receiving. All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing sunshynecraftsbeadsweb@hotmail.com.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition.
Quantity received is not the same as original shipped.
To return items please include the following information with the items:
A copy of the invoice with the amount of returns for each item
Authorization number
